Estee Lauder has teamed up with equally iconic Lilly Pulitzer for a series of limited edition gift with purchase makeup bags filled with Estee Lauder skincare and makeup items. I've been wanting to try the Pure Color blushes, and this offering from Lord & Taylor included a face makeup compact that included the Pure Color Blush in Pink Kiss. Score!
Lilly Pulitzer's designs are inspired by tropical beach culture, specifically tony Palm Beach. I've seen them described as preppy, but anyone who has grown up near the coast is at least somewhat familiar with the style: bright colors, coastal and floral motifs, busy patterns, and a happy feel. The print for this particular bag is called Summer Nights, and inside are 6 Estee Lauder products. I'll have more in depth reviews later on:
